The Arc – London

The Arc delivers approximately 145,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 100 contemporary apartments, retail units, restaurants and cafés, together with landscaped roof terraces and newly created public spaces. Inspired by the iconic New York towers of the early twentieth century, the building features a distinctive stepped form that responds to the surrounding Conservation Areas while complementing the neighbouring Victorian warehouse architecture through its carefully detailed brick and concrete façade.

Designed with both functionality and sustainability in mind, the development creates a seamless transition between commercial, residential and public spaces. Landscaped terraces, communal amenities and high-quality public realm contribute to an engaging urban environment, while the carefully considered façade design enhances both the building's performance and architectural identity.

APS delivered the complete façade package, providing the engineering, production, supply and installation of high-performance façade systems. Working closely with the project team throughout the engineering, manufacturing and installation phases, APS ensured that every façade element met the project's demanding architectural, structural and performance requirements while contributing to the building's distinctive appearance.
