The HiLight – London

Rising 24 storeys above the River Thames, The HiLight comprises 113 luxury residences, each featuring generous private balconies and expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing that maximises natural daylight while offering panoramic views across London's skyline. Located close to Battersea Power Station and Chelsea, the development combines contemporary architecture with one of London's most desirable residential locations.

Designed with sustainability at its core, The HiLight targets carbon neutrality and has been developed to achieve FITWEL and EDGE certifications for energy and water efficiency. Residents enjoy an exceptional collection of premium amenities, including a private cinema, fitness and wellness facilities, co-working spaces, meeting rooms, a 24-hour concierge, rooftop gardens, a sky bar and dedicated recreational spaces.

APS delivered the complete façade package, integrating cladding, SFS, curtain walling and aluminium window systems into a high-performance building envelope. Through close collaboration with the project team from engineering through installation, every façade element was carefully coordinated to meet the project's demanding architectural, structural and performance requirements while contributing to the building's sustainability ambitions.
