The Wiltern – London

The development delivers 278 build-to-rent apartments, offering a mix of studio, one, two and three-bedroom homes, with 35% designated as affordable housing. Constructed on the site of a former petrol station and car park, The Wiltern transforms an underutilised location into a vibrant residential community that supports the continued regeneration of Ealing.

Inspired by the elegant curves and proportions of Art Deco architecture, the building features a distinctive concrete frame rising to 16 storeys at its highest point. Residents benefit from thoughtfully designed homes, modern amenities and excellent transport connections, creating a contemporary living environment that balances comfort, quality and sustainability.

APS was responsible for the engineering, production and installation of the aluminium windows & doors, supplying high-performance glazing solutions that enhance the building's energy efficiency, durability and architectural appearance. Working closely with the project team throughout the design and construction process ensured the window systems met the project's technical requirements while seamlessly integrating with the building's façade.
